All the staff and doctors were awesome. Took very good care of my husband and myself as I spend the night here with him.
Had appendicitis and had to be removed. Honestly the most loving and gentle team of nurses and Doctors. Once they heard it was my first surgery they immediately made sure I was comfortable and totally informed! I know now where to go!
They have the best staff! Great doctors, nurses, volunteers, everyone. We had both our boys here and couldn't be happier with everything.
While the nursing staff and techs were ok overall there was a strong sense the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. I was dealing with three different doctors and when it was time to be released it took HOURS for them to clear me then it took HOURS to complete the paperwork. Worst though was that no one would take responsibility and they didn't do what they said they'd do.
Proud to have been an RN there about 10 years til retirement!
I had a kidney biopsy on Friday December 16 and i just can't heap enough praise on Alex Malek, the nurse who helped me through the process. This is the second procedure she has helped me through, the first time was this summer. Alex is just an amazingly kind and thoughtful person who helped me get over my jitters. She is truly a credit to Baylor and I was delighted when she met me because of my prior experience with her.
