I love this hospital. They did something about my condition right away. They didn't send me home 5 times like the local hospital by me. This is my new favorite and I'd defiantly drive the extra 15 mins to get cared for here. A big special thank you to my nurses, Sarah, Tabitha, Edith, and Vinitha. You girls are very appreciated I couldn't be more thankful.

This has to be the worst Hospital in Texas how are people sitting in the ER with swollen necks and pain levels at 10 for over 3 hours. My pain level is bad probably a 7 I have been here 2 hours waiting. I will never visit here again.

Went to Emergency around midnight, checked out at 6am this morning. Doctor said I had two blown disks that were pressing on my sciatic nerve causing the extreme pain in my hip and left leg. Prescribes Hydrocodone for the pain and I hand carry this to my Pharmacy. Pharmacy tells me they can't fill the prescription cause the Emergency did not include the "Separate Controlled Substance" card in my discharge papers. So I call Baylor Grapevine and they say " Oh yeah, we found it stuck to another clip board, if you want the prescr... read more

Our family has used Baylor Grapevine for 20+ years but the most recent stay of an elderly family member will probably be our last. We were appalled and disappointed that our family's primary care physician would not be coordinating the patient care but rather an "in-house" group of doctors that we did not know would be caring for her! It was horrible care! Not enough space allowed to list the blunders and lack of communication even though a family member was present 24/7!

The billing is a but wonky. Called to pay my bill after having our son there and thought I cleared every debt and confirmed I had, only to be hit with a very large bill shortly after. Also, having trouble panning out insurance repayment because they only applied half of our e.r. bill to our insurance, we paid what we thought we owed only to find out later we would have been covered, now nobody can seem to work out reimbursement. Several months spent playing phone tag to solve the problem and it is still undone. Our stay was ... read more

My son, Maddox, was born here on 4/21, and I must say I'm impressed with the staff of the maternity ward. They were very courteous and nurturing to my wife after her c-section delivery. Special shout outs to Francine, Diana, Janet, Lauren, Ryann, Amy, and Julie. Also wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the lactation nurses, Mary and Jennifer. Thanks to all of these women for taking such good care of my son, wife and I during the past 3 days!
