Professional and accommodating! – I was very glad to have chosen this place to take my mother. Very comfortable atmosphere, very professional and friendly people. Nice, clean place as well. Business is run very efficiently and smoothly. Thank you, Baylor Regional Medical.
Feeling Better! – I do not like to go to the doctor. No one does. But I had an experience at Baylor Regional that I thought I should share. When you are sick, no one wants to have to jump through hoops to get into see a doctor. Here I did not have to wait. I showed up at my appointment time and I got right in to see the doctor. I was treated with care that I felt was over the top. Being sick is hard enough so I was delighted to meet a staff that will help me feel better.
Highly Recommended! – Shawn was very nice and helpful to explain my situation and the next steps. The staff was amazing. Extremely welcoming and accommodating. They eased my nerves. The very comfortable atmosphere made me feel very relaxed and confident in their treatment. Everyone was friendly and the courtesy of care provided was above and beyond anything that I expected.
Got Right In! – When you are sick the last thing you want to do is wait to be seen. At Baylor, I got right in. I called ahead to see if they had an appointment and when I arrived I was put in a room within minutes. I was so pleased. When the nurses and doctors saw me, they were very polite. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.
Access to Care – I am a 42 year old patient who had a great experience at Baylor Medical. I only had to wait 5 minutes before I was called in to be seen after arriving at the facility. Then after I was in the room, I only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen by a doctor. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the courtesy of the person who scheduled my appointment was outstanding. Top of the Line Care – I was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the office and the time that I was processed through. They worked with my busy schedule and were sensitive to the fact that I was in pain. Everyone was super nice. Shawn was especially nice and helpful.
