Very Very poor admin staff. We are being billed for charges from IV Anesthesia which is a group that the doctors have ownership of. They have been paid by our health insurance company but are such money grubbers they want more. We have made them a token payment and they have still referred the account to a collection agency. What can be done to stop this nonsense. The administrative staff at the doctors office, the endoscopy clinic and the anesthesia company have treated us like dirt. Horrible Customer Service – I have been using Dr. Fazio as my doctor since I moved to Texas in the Fall of 2008 after having heart surgery in May of 2008. When you make appointments be prepared for them to be AT LEAST an hour behind schedule. When you finally get in to see the doctor, he was always so rushed that it was always something similar to..."yep looks good, see you next time." Substandard Care – My mother was recently at Baylor All Saints Fort Worth, and received substandard care, which caused my mother additionally heart problems. Labs which indicated that my mother had a cardiac episode, were never revealed to me or my mother. I would not advise using Baylor All Saints and will certainly never recommend it to anyone. My mothers kidney Drs, Nguyen and Gratch, were absolutely awesome. They are the best, most professional Drs I have ever encountered. Cardiologist, Dr James is also very good, but be... read more

Don't get there 3 minutes late! – On July 9th 2011 at 4:03 pm I walked into this after hours clinic and was told they were closed, when I told the lady at the front desk it was for chest pains she repeated that they weren't taking anyone. Thanks a lot! My Family practitioner has joined this community group of Doctors here at Med & Surgical and my service and relationship with him since has suffered.
