Dr. Fazio is outstanding--very skilled and knowledgeable, very fast in angioplasty and similar procedures, listens to patient concerns. Yes, sometimes he has an emergency he must attend at the hospital that puts him behind in his practice, but I guarantee if you're the one needing the emergency attention you get it, which makes waiting for office visit worth it. Most people understand this trade off.
I have never had a problem with the Dr.s or the staff. I was always treated very well every time I went. Dr. Jacobson did my colostomy in '09. The surgery went well and recovery was good. I went to see several drs before going with Dr. Jacobson...I don't regret any of it.

Very nice hospital as for looks - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CARE. Nurses are all very young and inexperienced and will allow visitors in the rooms with patients to do the work of cleaning up the patients. Day of discharge took until 6pm to ever see doctors and then were going to send patient home at 9pm. Was left up to vistor of patient to get the patient in and out of bathroom. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Very Very poor admin staff. We are being billed for charges from IV Anesthesia which is a group that the doctors have ownership of. They have been paid by our health insurance company but are such money grubbers they want more. We have made them a token payment and they have still referred the account to a collection agency. What can be done to stop this nonsense. The administrative staff at the doctors office, the endoscopy clinic and the anesthesia company have treated us like dirt.
