Showed up this morning with shortness of breath and Covid symptoms. The ER sent me to my car to wait. I've been waiting in my car for 3 1/2 going on 4 hours. The wait time and service here is horrible!!!
One of the male doctors(or nurce) that shoved the tube up my nose could have been more gentler. He seemd very angry as well. Half the staff is great, the other very awful. I habe a high pain tolerance and that made me scream and bleed. And a piece of skin came out my nose.

The Heart Center use to be an okay place ! However it has quickly went down hill. Seems Ballad has made a muck of it like everything else. I had an appointment this morning for a routine test . I was told at the time I checked in for the test that I will most likely need to reschedule so they can obtain a needed preauthorization , or else I can pay for the test.
