Went to Baylor-Frisco ER an 10:30 last night for a bronchial infection/bad cold. Was in substantial breathing distress with a ongoing cold that I could not overcome even after going to my family physician and getting meds. This experience was outstanding. They were friendly, professional and very responsive. I got a treatment immediately that relieved much of my breathing distress and they started me on a comprehensive medication regiment which was explained to me in great detail. Had my first baby in Houston. This is my second. The service, nurse and all staff member was very very polite and patient and always trying to get you to ask questions to make sure your fully up to date with all info and instruction. Me and my wife both really like this hospital. Control your own temp in your own room, breakfast/lunch/dinner for 2 and first hospital I know that served you filet mignons, lobsters, smoked salmons and more. World class care and service. My wife had delivered our two kids there and we're extremely satisfied with the Doctors, nurses, supporting staff and the food is great. A++

My husband had both knees replaced 3 weeks apart and our experience here was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, caring and helpful. Best hospital experience we have ever had. Would highly recommend this hospital to anyone!!
Most of our grandchildren were born here. The staff all seem very nice and professional. It is a relaxing place to have your baby.
