The people and nurses there are fantastic. They took great care of my mother and our family while staying after surgery. We wouldn't choose anywhere else. Thank you to all the Drs, nurses and staff that went out of their way for us.

My wife didn't want to be there to start with as it was an emergency, but all the personnel from the doctors to the cleaning staff were so caring and kind, it made those three days bearable. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of her for me.

Best hospital ever the nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor were amazing with my mother who is terrified of needles and any kind of pain, she had to have a plate put in her wrist and they went above and beyond to make sure she was numb for everything they did including the IV they are amazingly patient with people and very nice and calming! Would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone in need of surgery or anything else for that matter! I give them 10 stars!

The worst treatment ever!!!!! Staff is extremely rude, lies and shady shady business being covered by this particular manager that I had to deal with. This manager made a scene in front of the building and new clients. EXTREMELY unprofessional and acted like a person off his meds, it was sooo shocking. The Lies and accusations towards someone he never meet, were worse than a 5 yr old. and using his title to bully. 1st and last time to ever think of Baylor as professional....far from it and this staff is in Frisco???
