Shift change Sunday, walk in with kidney stone. Exam room in 5 min, Nurse GK immediately vitals, questions (history), DR stat pain relief. Off to CT, confirm DX, discharge meds appropriate, 2hrs total. Professional, caring, friendly. Hope I don't need again, but won't hesitate if I do. Thank you. The worst treatment ever!!!!! Staff is extremely rude, lies and shady shady business being covered by this particular manager that I had to deal with. This manager made a scene in front of the building and new clients. EXTREMELY unprofessional and acted like a person off his meds, it was sooo shocking. Went in for ankle surgery. The staff was kind. My doctor was awesome and the anesthesiologist was wonderful. I don't remember a damn bit of the surgery.
