Went in for ankle surgery. The staff was kind. My doctor was awesome and the anesthesiologist was wonderful. I don't remember a damn bit of the surgery.
By far one of the worst ER facility I've been too. Long wait times and when I asked the nurse for some help for my mother as she was still in severe pain, She said she would get me my assigned nurse to tend to me. I timed 5 mins and when I walked out, all 3 of them were sitting around chatting and on their phones. Really?! Secondly, after giving medication my mother was groggy from the pain meds and it felt like we were being pushed out of the facility. My mother was still throwing up and the nurse brought a wheel chair to b... read more

The absolute best care, friendly and professional service and staff, and a very smooth and organized process for out patient surgery I have ever experienced.
The absolute best care, friendly and professional service and staff, and a very smooth and organized process for out patient surgery I have ever experienced.
Our daughter recently had ACL surgery at this location . The staff was amazing starting at the entry of the hospital. We were given updates almost every hour for over 4 hrs. Had an amazing breakfast and lunch. At postop we were given detailed information about the surgery, and were able to see her fairly quickly when moved into phase 2. The Nurses were very good about providing post op information and our daughter was even given a snack pack to go home with. This hospital by far was over the top in patient services .
