I've been to er here several times in the past and service was good. Today was the worst of any emergency room visit in my life. Nobody even gave names except dr. Froze for hours as no blanket. Nobody checked in on me except for blood draws and the dr himself. Took hours to get a urinal and more hours to get it emptied to use again. Wasn't even given a call button. Is Kaiser Permanente following a policy of not performing resuscitation on Covid patients? We have a friend of the family in her early 30s in an induced come due to Covid complications. Family was told by docs that they will not resuscitate Covid pts. Is this policy widely known? Are patients families being given the opportunity to revoke this policy for their loved ones? Been in ER since 6:30 pm. It is now 11 pm. Have done nothing to help or diagnose my mother. Nurse came in I told her we were not leaving hospital until I knew what was wrong with he (3rd visit in 2 months they keep sending her home) I told her if it took 6 months we were not leaving. She said take it up with attending. I said I would not let her leave if I had to call Fox or ABC. She walked out saying I was threatening her! No one has been back so now they are ignoring her. RecommendedI have found the doctors at Savages to be professional and extremely proficient at their job. My case is especially tedious and requires specific knowledge of the eye to offer the appropriate care. They are more than adequate to provide that care. I highly recommend this Eye Center.

S L O W repetitive prehistoric procedures make the place an exhausting tedious place to have to go go treatment. Spend hours before being able to get anything done even though the exact same things were done a week previously 🤔

But I went to the ER with cardiac pain 2 days ago, and the care I was given was stellar.
