Horrible experience. Tameka and Miranda were excellent nurses though.
Recently gave birth to my first child (a boy) and he was early at 35wks. We had to stay in NICU for 2wks but all of our nurses were beyond amazing and even my care for the 2 and a half days I was there during labor and after our nurses were very knowledgeable and friendly and treated me with so much respect I was able to give birth without very much fear and I was kept comfortable during our stay.
We were on holidays from Australia travelling through from Orlando to Dallas then we were to go home. But our baby daughter unfortunately got very ill on the flight from Orlando to Dallas. We postponed our connecting flight home to Australia, to seek medical attention. The staff at this medical facility were second to none ! Outstanding, and very caring. We couldn't thank them enough . Our daughter was even given a stuffed toy Thank you to all the staff on that night who assisted us.
Took care of my husband summer 2009,,,stroke patient! He's doing very well today ! ...God gets the glory for He gave us doctors !!!
After moving to Dallas, we had to find new doctors, hospitals, etc. With Baylor being as expansive as it is, I expected better quality than I received. Upper management should be embarrassed at the dirtiness and poor condition of the radiology department at their Irving location. Having come from working at a major Midwest hospital, I know what the gold standard is when it comes to quality and compassion in care. Thanks to Dr. Bloom & all the wonderful ER DRs, NPs, RNs, CNAs, & Patient Care Techs who have made this hospital stay more comfortable & for all of them putting in the extra effort to make me smile on a day to day basis while I'm here☺️ Everybody I've came in contact with who works for the hospital are always so positive & actually cares about me and my well being.. I can't say thank you enough for all of them making sure I was taken care of no matter what time of day or night it is.. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone.. ... read more
