I recently had about a 3 week stay at Baylor Irving and while I didn't enjoy being in the hospital, obviously, I had some wonderful care takers there. They were incredibly compassionate and caring and I couldn't have been happier with the nurses and techs. I can't remember all their names, but Paul and staff in the ICU, Heather and staff on 4th floor. Even the housekeeping staff that came and went daily were friendly and offered assistance.
The level of care my daughter is receiving has been second to none. The compassionate sensitive,caring staff has been amazing, especially the ccu nurses. This include all staff that my family has come in contact with. This is no company made comment..this is jus my experience
My son has been having a fever since sunday the lady checked his temp she left then came back and gave him some oral medicine she didnt even let me know what she was giving him she didnt ask when was the last time I gave him tylenol. Second they made me wait two hours in the waiting room, my son was screaming in pain and they close the door instead of asking if I've talked to the Dr yet Once the Dr comes in he ONLY checked his ears. Great service I do recommend this hospital Fast and friendly.
Had my baby at this hospital and the service was awesome....have no complaints.

Caring ER & I never had an issue when I was admitted, but my Dad did once, similar to the one that got the response from Baylor, about the bathroom incident. But the next time around they did everything they could to save my Dad's life, so I give them 4 stars.
Shit as place... get bills from doctors I've never seen and come in pain and leave in pain
