Dr Young my pcp wouldn't give up on finding the source of my severe pain. It took 3 trips to the ER and out patient test over 5 days, but it never would have happened if it weren't for him. He faced several other doctors who didn't do enough test and reviewed their work and added test. He pushed for me to be admitted and when faced with hard facts my surgery was added in and well done. The staff was please to work with but the nurses seemed overworked. Some procedural issues and communication issues with another hospital led... read more

I was in the ER last weekend. Arrived at 11 am with severe bone pain from chemotherapy treatment. I have breast cancer. The staff placed me in a room right away and tried to access my chest port to deliver IV meds. The staff was unable to access my chest port or get a direct line in my hand for 4 hours, yes, 4 hours!! I knew I was in trouble when I was asked, "do you know what size needle is used to access your port?" Obviously, I should've read the reviews on Facebook before I went to this ER. Chuck, whoever he is, visited ... read more

I just cannot believe that they charge so much. Radiologist office sent a bill for x-ray shots$41.00, lab test bill $69.50 And literally for being in the E.R waiting for 4hrs $1,234.00. As if it wasn't hard enough to be in school pay rent and bills all on your own.

Very very disappointed with the treatment we have been getting.. since sunday (1-24-16) it has damn near been torture for my relative that has been in there.. 1st- went from 10a.m. to about 11 p.m. in the emergency room waiting for a room.. 2nd- received a call stating that he HAS NOT BEEN getting the right treatment since DAY 1. Employee's don't seem to communicate with one another, when we asked for stuff (socks, soap, stop the freakn machines from beeping) took up to an hour until someone came into room.. needs to be fixe... read more

I took my husband into ER. I know Tuesday mornings aren't as busy in any ER in Dallas area as weekends so timing did play a role. There was no one waiting, they got us assigned to an ER room within 10 minutes and his initial labs were complete within an hour or so. Once diagnosed, it wasn't an unreasonable length of time for room assignment and to start treatment. 4 days. Staff was attentive, gentle and timely not only for my husbands needs as the patient but also for mine. Great care! Efficient.

Never ever go to there ER. I took my wife in their ER. Since the moment I stepped into the ER the lady was after me asking me question how I am going to pay. I provided them with my insurance details and they came back and asked me to pay $600 upfront. Which I did but not before asking them if I will be getting anymore bills and the lady told me no this is what you pay and you will not get any more bills from us. After a week I started to get bills from them. First one was $2900, 2nd one was some 150, 3rd 100 and the last wa... read more
