My mom was released today after spending 2 days in 1 West and all the staff were truly amazing! Mai, Maria, Jolly, Ganell, thank you so very much for taking great care of my mom. I wish the rooms however were private instead of 2 to a room.
The doctors and nurses are top notch. The registration staff down in the ER stinks. Demanded payment BEFORE we saw a doctor and since my husband was admitted we wouldn't have owed anything had she not done that. She was rude and clearly trying to scam money out of scared people waiting to see a doctor.
This hospital is top notch. The e.r. staff are excellent. They are friendly,attentive, and quick. I love this hospital.
I would just like to say thank you to all the nurses and staff in the E.R department. They did a great job in treating my bronchitis but most importantly they showed me so much kindness and gentleness. Made me feel comfortable and safe.

This hospital is one of the best in Texas, it provides fast services, the staff is very polite, and efficient, staff demostrate truly compations.

I have Lupus SLE... I had been having problems with my chest, severe tightness....for me, pain is normal...this pain was not.� I arrived in the ER at approx 11:30am, after enduring this intense pain for three days prior.
