I had an appointment this morning. I was late because at the door, I was told I had to wear a face mask despite the fact I was already wearing a face shield. I informed the security person I can’t for 2 (two) reasons: I have asthma and having a mask like that on my face does make it even harder for me to breathe; the face masks y’all provide are around-the-ear loops which the moment I put it on, pushes and pops my hearing aids out. RecommendedI’d like to thank all the amazing nurses over this past week who have been so accommodating to myself and my husband by allowing us to talk to our loved one who was a patient. We live overseas and everytime my husband called to speak to his grandmother, all of the nurses obliged and took a phone to her room. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, even when you were busy you still made time so he could talk to her, we will forever be grateful

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any BSW location. They are the most unethical and dishonest company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
RecommendedI just want to say how amazing the team at Baylor Scott is! Especially the nurses and doctors on the icu floor in room 3 last Thursday my family had the privilege to say our last goodbyes to my beloved grandma. All though with everything going one with Covid and all the new rules and regulations they aloud my family to all be there with my grandma. All your hard work will never go unnoticed! My family will forever be great full! I pray many blessings upon all the staff at Baylor Scott! 🙏🏼💜

Absolutely horrendous experience. I understand that they are busy, but they treated me with SO much disrespect. I was rushed in and out of there and in no better shape. I saw the doctor a total of maybe twenty seconds, in the waiting room, WITH OTHER PATIENTS SURROUNDING US. He NEVER looked at my ailment nor asked how I was doing. I repeatedly told them they had my name wrong, but they said they would just keep as is because it would have been too difficult to change.
