Went to the ER was seen immediately!! Very very nice staff. Very caring. Ended up being admitted in the observation unit everyone was caring and professional and gave great care!
The entire staff was very professional and friendly. The wait time at the time of my visit was extremely short. I believe the staff was very thorough in getting the right information to diagnose my problem and provide the correct treatment for my symptoms.
This is always the 1st hospital we go to if needed. My son always gets the help he needs, we have never had to wait in the waiting room more than 20 minutes. They have a great staff, very nice to us and to my son, they always try to calm him down if he gets scared. They don't just ignore him like other hospitals. Very clean hospital!
Everyone was very nice and helpful.They took good care of my daughter with the flu.Thanks everyone!
Would give 0 but not an option. This is the worst ER I have ever been too. Totally understaffed and totally unorganized. Sat there for over 3 hrs and had not even processed urine sample. Were told they would come draw blood but never happened. Weren't told how long or how far down we were on the list we were until I asked 2 different times. After 3 hrs were told still 5 people ahead of us. Not one single person nurse would even look at a group of 6 people all waiting in a tiny area off to the side.
