Every nurse On the 5th and 6th floor were very helpful and respectful during our 3 day stay
Came to visit someone in the maternity ward, 4 to 6 nurses at the desk but nobody asks if I need help in finding a room or if they could be of assistance (THAT's THE FIRST RULE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE) found the room, the baby clothes needed changing, the mother said she had called for a nurse 15 minutes prior to me arriving & still no one came to her room to check up on her. 20 mins later not one person has come in to check on mother or child, I hope she's billed accordingly for the simple fact that the nurses would rather cong... read more
The Cancer Center is the top of the line! Very professional and caring. But for anything major...go elsewhere!
Always a long wait. It's either a staffing problem or a construction problem or a triage problem. Why is there not a designated certified nurse to administer a rape kit on all shifts? Why is the lack of planning of adequate staff allowed to continue. Why is half an er shut down due to construction on another floor? Why does a woman with a broken arm take priority over a head injury? Why is the rest room so far from the waiting area. Rather inconvenient to have to run down the hall with the stomach flu!
I recently had surgery which required a couple of nights stay. When I reflect on how many people are involved in the care of just one patient, it astounds me! From signing in to being discharged, the common theme was keeping me comfortable and informed. I like the patient portal, MyBayhealth, because you are able to easily access your records and ask your doctor questions. So grateful for Rocky the nurse in the ER and Dr D also Melissa and Ashley in 1A along with the Doctors for caring for my daughter. I finally feel relieved that she is in good hands.
Been a messed up 10 days. Found out my father got Lyme meningitis no help from Milford Hospital. Took him to west Chester, pa emergency room Yesterday. They did more for my Dad in 24hrs then two visit to Milford emergency room.
Well the ER I'm not to fond of it, especially since they don't know how to work with infants.. My 4 month old needed tests run and the required blood to be drawn, the nurse (Caricia Rickards) BTW. Had stuck him at least 6 times and still couldn't draw the blood, meanwhile my son was screaming and was bruising like crazy because she didn't know what she was doing..
