very nice dr's here& great care...
I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to stay there. Let me say this; the nurses on 1A and 4A are fabulous. Two come to mind Christina on 1A and Lisa on 4A....but...there was not one that I can say anything derogatory about...and I hope they are not offended because I can't remember their names....it just an old mind thing. God Bless them all along with my doctors; Dr. Jamie Hopkins and Dr. Joel Chua.....and their associates. The Hospital itself is totally awesome...
Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover, DE, has been just fantastic to us this past month. My husband was admitted 3 different times over the past month and recieved excellent care. We are grateful to every Dr, nurse, aide, social worker, custodian, cafeteria worker......and many others that I can't think to mention. Everyone tended to our every need with graciousness and kindness. We are very grateful.

The wait was horrible
I was a patient at kent general hospital on Saturday & I was diagnosed with the flu. The ER doctor assigned to me treated me with such disregard & was just really ignorant towards me & my mother! I do not appreciate it at all & therefore, I will NEVER return again to such a hospital where people as me are treated with such disregard & disrespected in every way! Just because doctors are doctors, does not give them any reason at all to be so disrespectful, arrogant, & just plain out rude! I will NEVER come again to this hospit... read more
In the last two years family has paid the hospital many visits and I have to say I have most always been happy with the service. The doctors & nurses put up with a lot of strange and that is always in the back of my mind, I couldn't do it.
The doctors do not have any bed side manors.and the wait in the ER is outrageous!
Worst hospital ever.
