RecommendedI just had my first experience at Bayhealth Sussex, and it was great! I had blood work done this morning and was taken care of by Shenequa (sp). She was professional and engaging and put me at ease immediately. Having blood drawn is traumatic for some, so having professionals like Shenequa performing the procedure is essential. Thanks, Shenequa!

RecommendedI came in for an outpatient procedure. When I first arrived, I was very scared and nervous. Even though I work at Bayhealth, being the patient was new to me and I was scared to death. The staff in the periop area made me feel so at ease. Everyone from the nurses to the anesthesia team were wonderful! I woke up feeling great and being able to go home in less than 2 hours!! Wouldn’t have had it any other way. Thank you, thank you for everything you guys do!
As a result of their Negligence and nurses allowing me to fall and get injured.
RecommendedI’m just visiting my mom and the staff that is on today is awesome. She’s in very good spirits and that has a lot to do with her nurse,cna, traveling nurse, and doctor. I’m definitely not good with names but I believe their names were Matt, Ashley and Will. Did not meet the doctor but she’s very happy with them all. Well done!!
Terrible place. Nurses didn't give correct meds. Drs. would not do procedures because of their fear. Kept patient there for a week when it should have been an overnight procedure. I nearly pulled my husband out to send him to a VA hospital because of misinformation, fear and general lack of paying attention to med doses. Terrible place.
Well, the first time I sat in the ultrasound office for a hour after my ultrasound. The doctor forgot about me. AND then when he finally seen me HE asked me why I was there!! Now this is my second time here 1/9/19 and I’ve been sitting in the ultrasound room for 30 mins still waiting to see the doctor after my ultrasound have been taken!! And the doctor is VERY RUDE! *UPDATE* My appointment today was at 8:00 wasn’t seen until 8:20. Ultrasound was done by 8:45. At 10:00 I choose to walk out of the office due to me STILL WAITI... read more
