needed to go to ER last night. not many people in waiting room. took forever to be diagnosed and released. Nice people, beautiful facility but seems to be dangerously understaffed.

When I have been there for surgery, I have been treated with utmost respect. The nurses and doctors showed empathy and compassion towards me. I do think I should’ve stayed another day, but I wanted to come home.
I’ve been in the ER twice. I had no waiting. The care was fantastic. I had to have stitches in my lip and they made me feel very comfortable and even got me to laugh. I highly recommend them. If you need great care in a understanding caring place come to bay health!
This place is a joke. You go in in the middle of the night and there’s nobody in there and you still have a wait. Then they treat you like a piece of crap and have the nerve to charge you over $1000 to give you a medicine. The services provided were definitely not worth the money you charged us. I will never come back. RIP OFF
They've done ok for us....
The waiting room is discussing needs a scrub down and it smells like pee and the side walk looks like someone threw up blood all over. Little to know information and the waiting times are horrible. Will go to Milford next time. So grossed out
