My 88 year old father has been waiting 5 hours in the ER with multiple lacerations to his head. possible rib and wrist injuries. STILL HAS NOT SEEN A DOCTOR. NO FOOD. NO DRINK EXCEPT WATER. HE IS FEELING FAINT. NURSES JUST SAY "WE'RE SORRY". THIS IS ONE SORRY PLACE!!!
The emergency room is the most dysfunctional mismanaged operation I have ever seen. Waited for three hours for a doctor to be assigned and then over another two hour to be seen. treatment? NONE!!!! DIAGNOSIS, NONE!!!! complete waste for time, money and resources.
Recommendedthe staff all did a great job. Dr Rather is the best and the nurses were great too.
Bayhealth treated me like a family member and they were at my side from the beginning of my surgery to it was time to go home. I thank you Bayhealth I love you all.
My Mother was a patient there, brought in by ambulance after a massive stroke. The medical team that took care of her could not have been more wonderful. She was on life support until our family decided that with her Advanced Directives, she was removed from that life support and passed away. The care she received was top notch. I was so impressed. They miss diagnosed my daughter at Kent General hospital prescribed her unnecessary steroids for her having severe dehydration refuse to put an IV to hydrate her and sat her in the ER lobby after being transferred by ambulance with a 106.4 fever
