The staff here is kind, considerate, upbeat, knowledgeable, and responsive. I am uninsured and self-pay, and their prices are lower than my co-pays + coinsurance used to be. They send reports to my doc office within a few business days (depending on the test) with the option to have your images burned to CD after your test while you wait. I've never had an issue with them, and I am grateful to have this option available.
Called with some questions about their services and the woman was sarcastic and acted like she didn't have the time to talk, so I didn't ask anything more like I had planned
Today was the first time I went here and what a great place and great group of people. Their intake process is fast and the staff is very friendly. Anytime you need an X-ray, MRI, scan, etc I highly recommend this place. They take walk ins also for certain things which is very convenient.
The kind staff made my very scary appointment comfortable. Very appreciative.
I have a fear of being enclosed~ I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do it. With Therese encouragement and understanding I was able to go through with it.
I have been waiting 5 days for a report to be sent to my doctor regarding an MRI of my knee. The MRI Took place on a Wednesday and when I had not heard anything by Friday my doctor called twice requesting the report. Today is day 5 and my doctor still had not gotten the report. When I called the office I was informed the report had been sent twice electronically but was probably not accepted by my doctor's computer system because it is part of UPMC and does not recognize their outside system.
