I was shocked to see a low rating for this place, as my husband and I consistently have nothing but wonderful things to say about this office. The opticians (such as Matt) and doctors (I know Dr. Ricart and Dr. Cage) are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They truly take their time to ensure your understanding. Sonya has assisted me countless times with odd requests and is so pleasant!
I've learned more about my eyes and vision in the two visits I've had with Dr. Ricart than I did over the last 20 years of visits at other offices in Erie. My children also use these doctors so I think we've seen them all. I think they are all great and don't request a particular doctor. They are very accommodating. I had a tight schedule to keep and they made sure I was out the door in a timely manner. All around, I am happy with this office and plan on using them for years to come.
Arrived for 8am appt to find that we had been triple booked!
Nice, but wait time is extremely long. They obviously overbook.

Though the doctors are okay, one cannot afford to go there due to the excessive high prices of eye ware that you can get elsewhere the same for much less. This can cause loss of patients eventually. Too may people doing nothing behind front desk = too much unnecessary help causes prices to go up when you have to pay people you do not need there and the patient suffers for it. No plans on continuing eye care at this over excessivel... read more

I asked the receptionist to validate my parking so that I could order glasses; they don't do that anymore unless you have an appointment. This is absurd on every level. I gave them business today and was about to overpay for new glasses but have changed my mind because of this ridiculous policy. The gesture of validating my parking would have cost them $3 and ink from the stamp pad but instead they lost $600 in... read more
