My long-time dentist had retired and I didn’t think I could be as happy as I had been with him, but Dr. Mercer quickly put my worries to rest. I had to have reasonably extensive work done and he was professional, efficient, and kind over multiple appointments. Very happy with Dr. Mercer and Bayers Road Dental.

I felt like the staff had attitude towards me and my hygenist was very rough while cleaning my teeth. I'll never go back.

Very disappointing interaction. I received a voicemail asking me to confirm an appointment I never scheduled. After calling back, I left voicemail confirming as they requested. Once I arrived, it became clear the office had contacted the wrong person and the appointment was not for me. Instead of apologizing for the mix-up, the staff handled the situation poorly and made it seem like I was in the wrong. Professionalism and basic courtesy were lacking. Dr. Jen Peddle is so kind and gentle. She gives really fantastic care, goes above and beyond to see you when you have something emergent happening and is very knowledgeable. The front desk staff are so sweet, really helpful and warm. My DH is also amazing, really amazing job with cleanings, so thorough without it being painful or uncomfortable. Also extremely kind, friendly and easy to receive care from. I would rather drive over from Cole Harbour than change my dentist, no question!
