The worst apartments in the entire Halifax. Not a good place to stay. full of mice and other insects. If we ask for help or any complaint they will do it after a couple of weeks, sometimes after several months after consecutive reminders of the same thing. Most of the washers and dryers are not functioning all the time. Every time, I’m told someone will come ‘next week,’ but no one ever shows up. I lived at this property for over two years and recently moved out. Unfortunately, an important government document — critical enough that I cannot leave the country without it — was delivered to my old address. Old, warn out, minimal "renovations" (a coat of paint).. Always smells like ethnic cooking even at 6am... Noisy, smelly, bugs galore.. The onsite staff are .. there. Wouldn't live there again, DEFINITELY NOT at current prices (2025)... They were barely worth 2019 prices.. When I moved in, the place was filthy.. No one cleaned, they weren't prepared for me.. I spent 2 days cleaning before it was livable. There was a hole behind my toilet into the guts of the building, and the smell from the building itself is death..

The dryers and washers don't work only 2 washers are available for the whole building to share.there is about 2 mices in each apartment.very rude staff members.renovating in the middle of winter.Really bad smells in the hallways And lobby. Elevator doesn't work usually and sometimes there will only be 1 working elevator.
