Living at Bayer’s Apartment was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The management is completely unresponsive, careless, and unprofessional. The facilities are subpar and never properly maintained, no matter how many times issues are reported. To make matters worse, after I moved out, an important government document was mistakenly delivered to my old address. Don’t move here, it’s terrible. Building smells terrible everyday, you walk in the lobby and there’s a gust of gunch wrenching odor complete with a never ending scent of garlic and cumin. Building comes complete with a never ending supply of pest and vermin. If that’s not enough every morning at 3:00am you get to hear other tenants hack up a lung and heave outside like someone is dying, don’t bother going to the tenancy board for help and cops don’t come.
