Wait time is awful. I understand that’s a risk you may take as a walk in but over an hour and a half wait for a sports physical with only two others in the waiting room is crazy. At the very least, check in with the patients and give them updates and timeframes. Let us know what to expect then we can make an informed decision to wait or not. Don’t take our copay then let us sit and wait with zero updates.
