Working for BAYADA is such a joy! The entire team works very hard to maintain an excellent level of care. We hire only the best and it shows!
Turnover is extremely high and you rarely get 2 weeks notice when someone is quitting. Most nurses they hire are good, but leave quickly due to pay and frustration with the company, leaving parents like me with 2 kids needing skilled nursing and no one to do it. 5 nurses of mine quit in the last month alone. Only one gave proper notice
I love working at Bayada. Office staff is great. Enjoy working with the clients/ families I'm assigned. Great employee recognition. And of course it's all about our special little ones we care for!
