We love all the staff! Dr Brian is amazing and my son now actually looks forward to going to the dentist.
This is my only experience with pediatric dentistry. My son's Dr. Said they were a really good place. The staff is great and the wait is usually short. Lucas does extremely well there and he is only 2.5.
My son always have a awesome time at the dentist. He use to be scared to go bc of bad experiences from other dentists but he loves going to Upstate Pediatric Denistry. He had a joke for his dentist about a corn dog and they laughed and he enjoy that day at the dentist.
My 4 year old gets very excited when she knows she is going for a cleaning and check-up...Never in a million years would I think that would happen, until...I met Dr. Jones and his wonderful staff! Everyone has a very positive, upbeat, warm personality from the front desk to the hygienist to the employees passing in the hall. Dr Brian and his staff are wonderful. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the office. My 4 year old was actually excited to go to the dentist. He sat in the chair for the first time by himself and was perfectly still and followed instructions. The visit was prompt with no delays. I am very happy with Upstate Pediatric Denistry caring for my son and recommend them to everyone.

My 3 year old son started going to UPD last year at 2 and he loves going to the dentist. Dr. Brian and his staff are SO friendly and gentle. I am so thankful we found such a wonderful dentist for my son!!
Riley's dental experience went very well. I was pleased with the service as well as the care and attention given Riley as a special needs child. Riley afterwards spoke of Dr. Brian doing a good job taking away the cavities!
