The whole team at Upstate Pediatric Dentistry does a great job. They make a visit to the dentist a very good experience for a child. Our children love that the office is painted with fun decorations and that they are given stickers and rewards at the end of each visit. As their mom, I am very glad for the good communication from the entire staff and for the excellent dental care. This is a great dental office!
I love the office. It is so welcoming and kid friendly. The staff and Dr. Brian are so friendly and very informative. They do such a good job making the kids feel relaxed and making the visit fun.
First visit was this past week and we couldn't be happier. The staff was very nice and made us feel extremely welcome and they were also very genuine. The waiting room was very nice and family focused with a park motif and great options for toys to play with while waiting for our appointment. The hygienist was very nice and completely understanding of our fussy 18 month old. I took my son to two different dentist offices, including one that "specialized in children", only to find that my son did not trust them and was terrified when any of those staff members touched him. I didn't know what to do. My sister had the same problem with her son who was the same age. She found Dr. Brian and his staff and recommended me to them. Every time we go they are so nice and patient. They always explain to the kids what they are doing. I will never go anywhere else
My 2 yr old son was seen in this office and I was very pleased with his visit. He does not do well at doctor's apts and he was still upset but much more cooperative than usual. Dr. Brian was great with him and also his nervous parents.
Great customer service as usual and excellent and pleasant staff
We visited Dr. Jones on December 5, 2013. They expedited our referral appointment and were so kind and knowledgable. We couldn't have been more pleased with the care received.
On Wednesday our 4 yr. old son hit his mouth and pushed his two front teeth back...Dr. Brian and his staff immediately saw us and took x-rays of his teeth. They repeatedly told us to contact them ON THANKSGIVING if there was anything we needed. Cannot say how wonderful this office is!
