My oldest child wasn't very patient during the visit and was very scared but the technician and doctor continued to be patient and do a great job trying to make the experience fun.
We had a great visit to Upstate Pediatric Dentistry. The staff at the front desk was super friendly. The dental assistant was so sweet and patient with my two energetic boys. Overall a great experience!

I took my two sons to Upstate Pediatric Dentistry and both had a wonderful visit. We really like the service and the dentist.
My son is afraid of the dentist due to a bad experience he had last year in Canada. This is his second visit to a Dentist since then. He was afraid to go but since the moment he stepped inside his fear started to dissipate. All the staff was very friendly, always talking directly to him explaining the procedures and asking if he had any question. He felt very comfortable the whole time. I didn't know what to expect since it was our first child's first dentist visit. Thankfully I was very happy with the outcome. They were fast and efficient considering I had to hold my daughter down but also very friendly, especially to her. We felt very welcome!
We had our first teeth cleaning yesterday and it was a wonderful experience!! We love Dr. Brian and his team 😃
Upstate Pediatric Dentistry was great for my 2 year old. They were very gentle with his cleaning and the Dr. Jones was great with him. He made my child very comfortable!
