Dr. Brian and his staff were wonderful to deal with! My 15 month old son had an accident and had to have his front tooth pulled. I was so upset and they were very comforting to me and were wonderful with my son! Highly recommended!

At Upstate Pediatric Dentistry, my kids feel incredibly comfortable and at ease, unlike most kids going to the dentist! From the receptionist ,to the hygienists, to seeing Dr. Brian (who is the kindest person), my kids have a fantastic experience! Even the prize at the end with the tokens!!
This practice is the best ever!! Everyone is so nice and treat you like a person not a number. We have a son that was adopted from China who speaks little english and has anxiety issues. Dr Jones took his time and spoke so calmly to him. Will recommend them to EVERYONE!
I took my son here after he freaked out in my dentists office. I was skeptical about pediatric dentist because I had heard how expensive they are. I found it was the same price to take him there as it was to take him to my dentist. He enjoys going and he has no anxiety over the situation. He even has had all of the needed x rays taken with no problem. I am happy that I am taking him here. Dr Brian an his staff are amazing!!
Today was my son's very first dental appointment and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the visit. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. The staff made my son feel comfortable and was great with him. I will definitely recommend this dentist and vote the office best in town.
Our first visit was a pleasure. Everyone was very nice from the people at the front desk, the hygienist to the dentist. It was our boy's first time, so he was a little scared, but everyone was very patient.
Everyone was so nice and supportive. My daughter was so nervous when she first got there, but since she was treated so nicely she stopped being nervous. It is a nice environment for children to have a good experience and I would highly recommend this place to others. Thanks you guys for being so nice and providing us with a very awesome experience at your place :)
