Not first time coming here. Stupid on my part. Was hoping they have improved. I thought the Bonifay hospital was bad. ER dept is horrible Also on a past visit I payed my bill on line then a week later I called to verify my balance. They said paid in full. Since then they sent me to a collection agency. When I call back they say no and I'm paid in full. Zero balance I don't know what to do. The amount is the full balance but hospital tells me to ignore that. It's killing my credit score

This place sucks. The staff are idiots and slow as molasses on a cold winter day.

I brung my wife here with pains and hard to breath. I seen people go back because of sore throat. We sat there long enough to see all new faces in the waiting room. After 5 and a half hours i asked if they knew how much longer. I thought they were rude. They said something about a level 2. But my wife said her pain was on a level 8 by there scale. Really i understand its not quick but that was wrong

Get some training for your Emergency Department! Leukemia patients are typically neutropenic and should not have to sit indefinitely in your waiting room (which was empty when they arrived) while MRSA patients, pts. with temps of 103, and one with night sweats, etc come in coughing all around you! Your lack of knowledge and protocol can kill innocent people.

The only complaint I have is for a multi million dollar company it's awful to have a bed side toilet an have to practically have to beg for tissue because they can't find wipes or roll of toilet paper, that's insane each room should be stocked for patients use. It's also awful patients get treated like prisoners not allowing them to leave the floor , walking is a form of therapy and for a nurse to threaten you with discharge is also insane, I like to walk , go out side for fresh air, to feel a little human as I'm sure many d... read more
