My father was on the Covid unit there.. horrible care and no one ever checked on him.As an RN we had to bring him home or he would have died there. Totally unacceptable!!
I have been searching for my homeless brother for years. Got a call from my dad that he was in Bay medical with nemonia, he has been living in the woods. I call first this morning and ask if I can visit him. I was told if in a mask and without fever yes. I drive 80 miles one way and arrive at the ER entrance. Pay your nurnurses. I fell and buggered up a disc.. Couldn't walk or stand. I snaked my way from the bathroom to my phone in the kitchen and edcall for an ambulance. They were great, got me loaded up and on the way. They asked where I wanted to go, and being an idiot I said Bay Med, because it is closer! What a mistake! Now this was before the Corona virus out break! I spent 6 or 7 hours in a supply closet because ythe had no rooms upstaires, because they had a nurses stike going on. The customer service sucks the lady in the Er young blonde had a really attitude.. she wouldnt give me her name said she didn't have to give it to me. wouldn't give me a face mask to protect myself and other becaise I didnt look sick.... I wouldn't recommend this hospital to qnyone especially at a time like this....
The workers are lazy and all they can say I completely understand and they have people come and go there is people sitting here for 6 to 7 hours and this hospital sucks bad playing with their phone and lazy as hell don't come here for any care and it's a sorry hospital plus they have attitude bad ones they won't bring no one else in the back because they cant get the ones that really need help
everything the wait was unbelievable slow and the service sucks to put it nicely. people was here for over 6 to 7 hours in the ER the people working behind the desk act like they didn't care when anyone came to asks a question. and when people get tired of waiting and asks to get the needle out of their arms because they are not going to stay here any longer. the ER workers sitting behind the desk on their phones laughing instead taking care of the people.me personally I wouldn't bring my Dogs here to get if it place in 100m... read more
