Staff was wonderful but hospital was nasty , they never cleaned my room. Trash was overflowing on the floor and bathroom had what looked like mold in the tiles. Bed linens should be changed daily but after 3 days still never changed. A lot has changed since the new owners have taken over and not for the good.
I arrived at Bay medical center ER around 12:30, it is now 6:11PM! I have yet to see a doctor, a nurse came out and checked my mother's blood pressure in the lobby and informed us that is very low. We were told she would have a bed an hour ago. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! Bay Medical center you must do better. This Hospital was rated one of the top 100; clearly someone was mistaken.
