service is bad..bed side manner is horrible
Do NOT go here! My child was sent there from urgent care with orders to have certain test done and the doctor did not run the recommended test. He sent my child home with only Tylenol. After going to a different hospital we found out he had MRSA and could have died if it was left untreated!
The only thing good about this place it the RN’s that work there. I have never been so upset with a place. It is filthy and they do not have a clue what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place is filthy and the worst staff they just don't care. the only thing they care about is their paycheck and their money.
Bay Medical staff is horrible! They threw away my $400 night guard and mind this happened in August and I’m still fighting this situation! This is sickening because there’s no telling how many things the staff has stolen and then got away with it!!
It does not matter if you have the best heart teams in this area if the processes you have in place for staff to deal with your patients are flawed. You have a caring staff that apparently has their hands tied. I can not count the times i have been told "I don't know." As a medical professional, I absolutely understand there are instances where you truly do not know the answer.
