Can’t give Jeep any props for the nightmare on wheels they created in the Grand Cherokee Laredo, but I certainly can say that Bay Dodge/Jeep has made every recall a cake walk for me. The technicians, the admin, and the shuttle driver who drove me WAAAAY back to west end PCB through spring break traffic were all over and beyond. Service is over the top here, these folks actually care and that’s rare these days.
Bryan Walters is the " BEST". If you need a car just give him a call.
Awesome !! Gator was fantastic! We didn't have a lot of time but knew what we wanted and Gator made it happen! No stress, no mess and it was a smooth transition out of my old car into my beautiful 2018 Dodge Challenger! I LOVE this car!! Thanks Bay Cars and Gator for making my dream come true!!
Absolutely Great Experience! I called Butch Bucellatto last Friday to ask him to be on the look out for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for me. He immediately said he had just what I was looking for. I went down to see the vehicle and couldn’t believe it was exactly what I asked for...even the right color!!! He allowed me to drive it and keep it for awhile and I fell in love! Arrogant/ignorant service writers, mechanics that can't fix problems. The only thing this place is good for is taking your money and not providing services.
I was back at the used car lot one evening looking for a vehicle for my family. The salesman Naseer Sindhu shook my hand on a final purchase price and my wife was very excited about the vehicle. When I returned after a hard day's work the following evening I was told the offer had been retracted. I believe in honor in business, and accountability. I recently took my car in for an oil change, and was very pleased with the experience. I had an appointment, they took it in promptly, and it was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. Melissa, the service writer, was professional and very nice!
Awesome Experience🏼💯🏼💯 I had 3 recalls on my car and had to come from Alabama. They had a courtesy shuttle that took me to the mall while my car was being fixed!! Thank you Mr. Mike🙏🏼 They were done 3 hours earlier than expected!!! And everyone there was so nice and helpful I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks for a great day❤️❤️❤️
