worst dealership ever...I have taken my car there twice for repairs and had it break down the next day....they do NOTHING to help u when u break down...basically u have to bring it back to them....will never use them again and will let everyone know how ridiculous they are....
You know that annoying extended warranty they sell you when you buy a new car? It just saved me $$$$$THOUSANDS$$$$$$. Thank You BAY LINCOLN! My Lincoln is a fantastic car. I hope I end up loving it as much as my MGB and my Z. I kept both those trouble free awesome cars for many many years.
The employees here are awesome. The service department fixed our car so we could head back to Texas on schedule. Love the people here..... I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend their body shop. Took my Jeep in for a new top and three (mind you 3) weeks later they have my Jeep totaled! There is nothing mechanically or physically wrong with my Jeep. The top leaked. My Jeep is 8 years old. And yes, it is a soft top. Looking at their write up, they claimed the windshield needed to be replaced. It was replaced less than 3 months ago. Headlights? Really? They work just fine. And I could go on and on. So, if you really like/love your vehicle, do not take it here!!
Jeep engines are burning oil, running out of oil and they won’t do anything about it. Bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee latitude 2017 in 2016 25,000+ we spent to not have to deal with problems and this is a big problem. Now I have to come every 1500 miles for an oil consumption test. It’s been 3 oil changes now that I’ve had to do this and it’s unacceptable.
Excellent service and care After hurricane Michael their body shop also sustained damage as I’m sure their employees homes did too. The empliyees maintained the upmost courtesy and care for my needs. The work was done in very short time and they worked wirh my insurance company to get additional damage they found covered on the claim. The car looks great like new. I’ve used them before and always had a great experience using them. I highly recommend Bay Cars Body Shop.
