just picked my car up from shop my bumper was painted a different color and the one who painted first said my car was faded and then when we went outside to see it he said we usually get a way with it and they want fix it for a week in a half.But they wanted they 500 deductible then and chris the manager is really rude my bumper n car is two different colors
I took 2019 dodge ram in for Hemi tick .A known problem. The dealership repaired 2 bolts covered under warranty. when I picked the truck .the service rep stated they didn't test drive due to low gas. when I got home I noticed a new exhaust noise and issue with parking brake. I called service rep she told me probably a door ajar .after checking I had to return for $125 diagnosis to be charged $100 to replace defective brake actuator and told bolt rusted in half and would cost me $350 to fix .the truck has 41,000 miles and I p... read more
