We were in PCB on vacation ( 9 hours from home) and had some issues with our Jeep. We brought the Jeep here and after reading about the same issue other people were having, we were afraid the repair would take forever. We dropped off the Jeep and they were done with the repair within 2 hours. This place is incredible!!! They were so helpful, friendly, and fast!! If we ever have an issue again while in Florida, we will definitely go to Bay Cars!!
1500 miles across the country and just found out that Bay Automotive stripped my oil pan plug and torqued it down so tight that it had to be removed using a strip socket and a breaker bar! Extremely upset for the major inconvenience and extra cost!!!
Very Helpful We were there the week of July 4th and the power windows shorted out in my Jeep. We are from Georgia and in Panama for the holiday. They were very helpful in getting my windows back up especially during the daily afternoon showers FL is famous for.
Excellent service...every time. This is the fourth vehicle I have personally purchased from Bay Cars. I have also referred many people and have even driven a few friends to pick up their new cars! Everyone is so nice. I always feel like I am being helped, not pressured. Your service department is great. My van quit running while we were visiting from Texas. After letting the service department know it was being towed in, Clay took care of everything. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within about an hour and a half. I was impressed with the service and efficiency. Thank you for making my repair easy.
The worst Dealership have ever dealt with, they Lied about service on a used Sonata we bought, the engine seized within a year, the service manager tried to put the blame on us, I had ALL the documentation to disprove that. Then they wouldn't return any of our down payment. Don't buy from Bay! Extremely dishonest!
