I am not sure who they have in their shop appraising vehicles for trade in but they should be fired. Tried to offer me $5,000 less than fair trade in value on what i have is basically a brand new car. They must think I am stupid, or i don't know what my vehicle is worth? I don't know honestly... but they lost my business forever today. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone honestly.
