I'm always very hesitant when it comes to any dentist/doctor appointments; I've had numerous awful experiences before in the past. Fortunately, Bay View Dental went above and beyond my expectations. I'm always put at ease when there is a personable staff that genuinely cares for the well being of my gums and teeth. Once again I received excellent dental care from the staff at Dr. Emerson's office. My new dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth, while making certain I was comfortable and well informed about the condition of my teeth, and told me of changes from my last cleaning. I even got a compliment that I was doing a good job at flossing. Although not a favorite pass time activity, I am now motivated to get that same type of feedback next time. I've been to helped in many facilities regarding my dental care, but I would say confidently there is not another facility like Bay View Dental. From top to bottom their staff are beyond what anybody can ask for, and are the definition of dental professionals. I'm glad to have found them, because I know the dental care provided is above and beyond. I always leave with a high sense of satisfaction.

My top front tooth broke off at the root on a Friday evening. I called Dr. Emerson's office and got his "emergency" phone number. He returned my call and told me to call his office on Monday morning, and they fit me in between his other appointments. He made me a temporary appliance which holds the broken tooth in place. What a relief, I left looking fine. He will be making me a new crown. I was extremely happy with his quick response to my emergency.
