Laura Edwards and bay equity should be avoided at all costs by anyone in need of a “loan officer” or mortgage/brokerage service. She proved to be unprofessional and non-responsive. Her lack of communication with our Realtor and mortgage company single handily made our entire process of selling and buying our homes an utter disaster filled with unnecessary chaos.
