CLOSE THE GAP BETWEEN ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT PLAN Clean office, mostly personable greet staff. My clinician as well, personable but read a script asking me questions, muttered a couple of diagnosis while typing, and asked if I wanted an additional 3 hour assessment with a different practioner.
