Bay Carpet did a very good job regarding communicating with me. The installer did a good job but left a mess behind that I have to clean up. Besides this I am satisfied with the job.

There was a hole in the carpet placed in the master bedroom about the size of a quarter. Your guys tried to hide it with some strands placed on top of it. Not very professional. Carpet and cushion also feels kind of cheap. Not plush at all. Would not recommend to others.
