They didn't do a very good job of filling the cracks in the floor. Had I known it was going to be this bad, I would have told them not to try to fix it. They said that nothing could be done about certain areas which had dark wood stains that was too deep to sand. However, They never gave me the option of matching the color so that the stain would not show. They were finished before I knew it.
