We were very happy with the quality of the product, the workmanship and the general ease of dealing with the company. The only difficulty we had with the whole job was one of communication. Due to the rules of our co-op, work is not permitted beyond 5PM, and the installers had to return the following day rather than work until 7 or 8 PM and finish in one day. Met with Steve and had carpets installed next day-we were given a time frame and installers didn't make it-they called for directions and arrived about 90 minutes after they called and there was a language barrier but other than that everything was ok
