Called me the second I submitted the request on Saturday. Set-up an appointment for shop-at-home on that Monday. Quoted me a reasonable price for a good quality all-weather-carpet. Had the entire second floor and staircase done in a nice ferrari-red color the following afternoon. Very professional job! Needless to say, very pleased with the end result! Thanks Phil!

They sent a rep out to my house the day after I spoke with them and he was able to beat the lowest quote I had from other vendors. The men who did the labor showed up on time and were skilled and efficient in installing both linoleum flooring in the kitchen and carpeting throughout the rest of the apartment. It was a completely hassle-free experience.

They installed the carpet the next day, very fast and efficient, they did an excellent job. They made sure I was satisfied. They bundled up the old carpet, however, was a little disappointed when they didn't take the old carpeting with them. I thought they were supposed to do that, a minor disappointment. I would highly recommend.

When I called and scheduled he responded right away. He was reasonable in price and the installer was professional and did a fine job. There was a good communication through out the process. I would say:EXCELLENT!
