When I called and scheduled he responded right away. He was reasonable in price and the installer was professional and did a fine job. There was a good communication through out the process. I would say:EXCELLENT!
I receieved a carpet installation from a guy named Luis who was so polite and easy going. He installed the carpet in 30 minutes and ripped up the old carpet neatly in 15 minutes. He was just one person and was so efficient and timely I was amazed. Thanks Ilka Kellar

They were fantastic. They came for a consultation on short notice given my short timeline - the same day. They brought a variety of samples and made a great suggestion that looks stunning in my kitchen. Two days later they installed the kitchen quickly and professionally. I'm so happy. I'm just upset I didn't upgrade my kitchen earlier. Thanks Bay Carpet!
