RecommendedGreat place to take your pets for an emergency. Everyone was wonderful. Very caring! Jack our cat has mended nicely and is back to his normal trying, but has not succeeded, in making his escape to the outside :)

We headed to Bay Beach Veterinary Emergency Hospital as a walk-in early this morning on Father's Day Sunday. Our beloved 15 year old chihuahua's poor health had taken a rapid turn for the worse this weekend and by this morning he was in obvious distress and dying. BBVEH accepted us without hesitation, and at our request helped us to painlessly end his suffering. The staff, techs and doctor were all extremely kind, compassionate and professional and very sympathetic to us in an emotional time. I highly recommend these folks.
While visiting my mom our 7 year old Dachshund, Nixie Moonbeam, somehow hurt her shoulder while we were at the movies. After our initial freak out, we took her to Bay Beach off VB Blvd and the exceptional care that was given was amazing! Dr. Key and the vet techs were kind, gentle, and caring. They understood that this is our kiddo. Thankfully it was just a sprained rotators cuff. We are so appreciative of the entire team there and so glad to know we have an amazing emergency vet when we come home to visit.
I had to lay my baby to rest last night due to kidney failure. Taz was staying with Bay Beach for 3 days hoping to recover but no luck bc his kidneys were far to advanced � I was able to go visit my baby at any hour of the day and night that I wanted. Their staff was truly amazing to Taz and myself especially DR Bell. She was truly amazing, sincere, and has the biggest heart♥ I couldn’t have had a better Dr.
I can't thank you people enough. Brought my oldest cat Domino in Saturday noon. You were so nice & caring. You were concerned about me & Domino not selling us something not needed. Thanks to you he is feeling better. I would give you 10 stars if I could.
I came in last night worried sick about my little one and the emergency staff really helped calm my nerves. They didn't pressure me to do anything high cost that they didn't believe would actually help, and they were very sweet with my pup. I would def recommend this place to everyone I know.
