RecommendedThe staff is amazing. Been twice once for a bee sting for our adventurer Bailey And most recently to say goodbye to our sweet Foxy a 17.5 year old Pomeranian. Both times the staff was extremely friendly. The veterinarians are kind, understanding and they do not price gouge you!

RecommendedThey were very patient and understanding with us brought our dog there she was ill and we decided to euthanize her 😢 they gave us time to spend with her before and after the procedure even though they had plenty of other sick patients waiting for a room and to be seen

RecommendedA very scary time for us Upstate NY family when our Golden, Tessa, became ill. After txting back and forth with her Dr in NY we knew we couldn’t wait. Upon arriving we were treated with compassion and understanding from Dr Bell and staff. Not wanting to leave her overnite in a strange place but realizing it was in her best interest, we did. RecommendedI brought my dog in for a UTI this week and she received excellent care. I have always used Bay Beach for emergencies due to excellent care and reasonable prices. However, I was a little shocked to see my exam fee at this visit was $130.00!!! I'm not sure why your exam fee is so high after midnight, I mean you all are there anyways. That is my only complaint.
RecommendedUpdate on Stormy: We are home. She has an infection. Not sure exactly where but alot of blood in her urine. 103.7 temp. They gave her fluids under her skin, pain med, anti-vomiting med, antibiotic, steroid I believe...the list is long oh and more antibiotics to take home. As soon as we got home she ran straight to her food. 😳 She keeps me on my toes thats for sure. Thank you for all your prayers. Most of you know how special this furball means to me.
