We took our cat in Saturday and it was not Treated as an emergency at all. The male receptionist on duty that day did not care, and did not listen to what was wrong. I understand you guys were busy, however if you’d like to cut down on people showing up and swamping you (also to prevent a 4-5 hour wait for an emergency) perhaps get a secretary who can offer a few options to people calling before they rush their beloved pet to the ER. Lexi our Flemish giant broke her left back leg we wrapped her up as best as we could and called several places. Very next day we finally got an answer to take her to bay beach emergency vet. We called and told the receptionist what happened and that she was a rabbit and her leg was broken asked if this is something that this vet office could handle. Even tho I have a different vet clinic, Bay Beach was there when I needed help at 2:30 am they are 5 minutes from my home. The service was great despite the distancing they have to practice. My Chanel was there from 2:30 am til the following next day. They kept me up to date on what was wrong and made me feel comfortable with their care. I highly recommend this Vet Hospital. Staff and doctors 👍👍

This past Saturday evening, I had to say goodbye to my sweet Aggie, a 13 year old blue heeler. I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to your staff for their professionalism. I can’t thank you enough for showing such an incredible amount of compassion. You treated us like family at a most difficult time. Thank you! Attached are a few pics of my Aggiebear. I took my cat to them on Wednesday after he had been vomiting. They were very professional, kind and truly compassionate. Blondie was taken into emergency surgery an when I called being a worried Mom they answered my questions. I recommend this place very highly, but they are expensive but worth it.

Sunday morning our dog major had blood in his throw up. We called bay beach and they were so caring from the start, we eventually decided he needed to be seen. From drop off to all the check ups in between the team was so reassuring, knowledgeable, and kind! Mind you this is all whilst under precautions from covid19! I would recommend over and over again!! This was our first time ever using an er veterinary and they nailed it!! Today we picked our little guy up and he’s back to great health! I can’t thank them enough!
